What docs does EY law need to file H1B amendment?

Currently on H1B. Trying to decide if I should pursue full-time MBA, or get part-time MBA while working. Just got MBB offer with 30% salary increase. Both MBA programs are top 10.

My YOE is 4.3 and ctc is 13 lpa. I am currently nominated for H1B 2023 and my petition is pending with USCIS for approval after lottery. I have heard H1B process could take months to complete. Should I waiting for the H1B or make a swtich? Is it worth waiting for H1B and how much saving one can make per month if traveling to US?

Question on UK visa-
My partner will be traveling often to London, once a month for an year starting September. He is getting his visa through work (10 years, multiple entry, 6 months max stay, cost some $1000).

I have applied for standard tourist visa in the past and they are usually short term. It could be max 6 months, but they see your itinerary and allocate you few months around the itinerary

Is there a way to get 6 months multiple entry visa, if I were to join him once in a while.

I applied for a job at Visa and was contacted the same day. A few days later I had a 30-minute screening interview with the hiring manager. I knew I was very early in the process since the job had only been posted for a few days. It's been 3 weeks and I haven't heard back, even after reaching out to the recruiter. What is the standard yearly hike in IT Security industry in North America? I have worked for 7 months in Threat Intelligence in a company in Canada, and I got a yearly hike of just 3% in my first appraisal cycle. My manager says that you get 3% when you are meeting expectations but not going above and beyond. Is this the standard or am I being underpaid? I hold an offer of 18LPA from KPMG with joining date of 7th September. (Wfh)
I applied at Workday on 15th May and went through 7 technical rounds of interview and received a verbal offer letter of 21LPA (hybrid)
Now apparently their technical panel "forgot" about the interview and wants to have a discussion again as 8th technical interview. HR says their joining date will be 19th September.

I’m really discouraged. My after tax / after 401k contributions etc. take home pay is $6,500 monthly. I have $60,000 in savings / stocks for a down payment but even looking at a $550,000 home, my monthly payment would be about $3,400 from the calculators I’ve been using. Is that too high?
