What does a Business Development Associate really do day-to-day, and how is it different from the typical bpo set-up I often see postings for BDA roles but the descriptions sound pretty broad prospecting, outreach, sales support, and strategy. For those who’ve worked in the role, what’s the actual day-to-day like? Also, how different is the work compared to BPO? Is it more about sales/lead generation while CCA is service-focused, or do the roles overlap in some ways
