Just quit, so sleeping in, having brunch, going to the gym, watching tv.

Gym - usually a cardio day/active recovery day. Some meal prep for the week.

Just finished an enjoyable mountain hike and about to grill steaks. I will work check email in the morning.

I try to take it easy Sundays and I fortunately have off tomorrow. Ran 9 miles and then had a half hour call with my sponsor to go over the next step I’m working in AA which I’ll start this week. Spent the rest of the day with my wife and kids.

Gym, taking my daughter to her dance class, cooking dinner, hanging at home

Home day - laundry, groceries, personal to do’s, do my nails, work out, take the dog to day care, shower, plan ahead for the week so I know what needs to be done. And make time to do a coffee date / watch a show with my hubs. Maybe go out or order in!

Whenever i have a big deadline, my body goes into a panic mode where my energy immediately goes to figuring out how I’ll get something done well and on time. Outwardly, I don’t seem stressed so no one notices but actually I usually feel like I have a cold: fatigue, headache, sore throat, sinus infection. When a task is done, i stop feeling like crap. 48/M, average health. Few weeks ago I had a seizure out of the blue. First time ever, no family history. At the hospital given lots of tests: MRI, CT, EKG, EEG, blood/urine/COVID tests. Everything came back normal. Since hospital discharge I’ve seen cardiologist and wore halter monitor for a week. All good. Have neurologist appointment next month but afraid no one knows why this happened. In the meantime no one wants me to drive a car. Can this happen again? Can anyone relate to this situation?

So really the only exercise I can tolerate is boxing, and those exercises around it. Any thoughts on replicating what I can find at my local boxing gym while on the road?

My father had a sever case of Covid and he made it out successfully. I’m very grateful for this. Close to a year down the line, I’m finding that he is having severe memory loss issues and can’t remember significant details. Has anyone experienced or is experiencing this? How have y’all dealt with it?

Anyone has IBS here? Lately I have been having a lot of symptoms of IBS and even if I’m not fully constipated, I think I am to a certain extent. I had excruciating lower abdominal pain this afternoon and it was almost unbearable. Also, my period is approaching so I think my symptoms got worse. Anyone has any tips?
