The regions spent so much time, effort and $$$$ on trying to diversify from oil and build its reputation as a safe haven and recently even tried the ‘tourism’ pitch. Will this be a path region pursues as strongly, once this is all over ? Will this be bought by rest of the world ? Foreign investors will seek significantly higher premiums ?

Dubai people I live in Marquise Square tower and my neighbor is having a party literally every day till 4-5 in the morning- I spoke to him and he apologized and promised to keep it quiet but he didn’t. So I spoke to the security if they can tell them to calm down and the security said that he can’t do anything as it’s the weekend!
