Had an interview for an associate position at Citi. Interviewee was based in London and I’m in NYC. The only interview time that worked was 6am. I was barely functioning and feel like I truly messed up in my answers because I couldn’t not think clearly. I have another with the head of the division next week again at 6am (pre determined before this interview). It was also hard because the division’s core work is private enough that there was not much prep I could do beforehand. Tips?

I wanted to share that I am in my first job as ui/ux expert and I am the only ux/ui person in the team. I am expected to take care of entire research and design of the product. It becomes very overwhelming as the product that I am working on is in a early phase and I am expected to think about ui as well as ux and also design entire app on my own.There is no user interview or user testing happening as my project manager thinks it can be done after product is launched. and other from 7-11. Informatica CTC: 13.5 Fixed + 1.25 variable+ $6500 RSU's

7-11 CTC: 16.6 + 3 lakhs (joining bonus).

Given there is not a lot difference b/ w the two. I wanted a little insight to which one is good.

I have few queries can anyone please help me regarding this.
In ELSS mutual the total we can save save tax is 1.5lakh. Do we need to invest yearly 1.5 lakh yearly to save tax? I am planning to have a Sip of 5000 monthly for 3 years. So total money invested in 3 years will be around 60000 * 3 = 180000.
Will that be sufficient to save tax or Do I need to have a sip of 12000 per month to save tax.
