It’s a non-tech product marketing role. I want to take the job but I don’t know if moving out of tech would be a bad move for a product marketer? Would it be harder to pivot back to tech?

You ended getting the position and within 3 month you feel you’re living hell on earth. The boss is not good to work with (I’m being very generous), not understanding of the business. The workload is far superior than promised and you just sent go quit. Would you talk with who led you into the job?What to say?

I had two rounds of discussion (more than a month ago) and the recruiter informed me that they’ll be scheduling the HR discussion and then be rolling out the offer.

It has been two weeks now and I haven’t heard from the recruiter nor has my HR discussion been scheduled.
