Persistent conducts interviews just for timepass. After clearing all rounds they don't offer. Aspiring candidate dont attend interviews.

Got a call from the resource management team to relocate, which I rejected upfront as I was promised a role in the location I am posted. It has been over 2 weeks since I am in bench. BCG folks - my interview process was interrupted by the pandemic in the spring. Would you recommend reaching out to the recruiter to see if it is possible to restart the process now? Or are things still pretty frozen for experienced hires at the PL level?

Just took this BCG Quant Reasoning test and I think I messed it up. Some of the units are so confusing. Is nearest 000s of pounds 23000 or 23? They don’t partial mark it and the whole test was filled with this sort of thing. Oh well

Incoming AC at Bain, previously was deciding between Bain and McKinsey. But, ultimately chose Bain for the culture despite McKinsey being aligned with my professional goals of working in the government. I was looking on LinkedIn and didn’t find many people who are working in the White House after Bain, but found countless examples for McKinsey. Would it be difficult to try to transition to working in government after a few years at Bain? Any thoughts?
