Crossroads Toyota Motor Sales, USA, Inc. I have been with the organization almost 6 years and have accomplished achievement of my MSL (Masters Strategic Leadership) and LOVE the organization…BUT…I am not having any success in moving into a new position…my interviews are great experiences but it seems to be a pattern of not being selected yet encouraged to continue applying…received information from a mentor/manager to ask for candid feedback…when is enough…ENOUGH??

Not Travelers.
Managers at Travelers are trash and incompetent.
I really enjoy progressive. You have to remeber it's corporate there are things you aren't going to like but overall I really enjoy the culture, the flexibility they offer and the pay!
If only there were a platform that provided rankings and comments from employees about their company that you could access.
I would say liberty mutual, but I’m biased. I think it’s impossible to say without having worked for each company.
I heard a lot of people are happy at church mutual insurance
I heard same thing about The Hartford that the complex litigation team is fantastic. I also heard church mutual is pretty good but different types of claims that can be complicated but no micromanagement and decent pay. Chubb isn’t bad if your on the right team
I must be on the right team! 😉
Good question, following to find out for myself.
I can’t speak for working for these companies but from working with Hartford and Travelers they seem to be the most stable. They have long, tenured employees that are great to work with and seem to take pride in their work and their company.
Travelers sucks!! Horrible management.
From my experience, my top 2 choices are State Farm Insurance and MetLife Insurance. I worked for both companies 10 years and 15 years and I felt valued.

What type work are you looking for with an insurance company?
Remote - Life services representative (Customer Support)
The Hartford - good communication, teamwork, build staff technical & non technical skills, responsible work & business practices. Best job ever had.
The only way you ummm We try
A large insurance company is preferable than a small startup one. The larger company is more established and is accustomed to a diverse workforce versus one particular workstyle or inclination. Large companies have many workers' assets to draw from and so there are more qualified mentors available to someone starting out of college or new to a given field within an insurance company. Large companies have larger training materials available vs the seat of your pants style training with startup companies with zero training dollars.
I believe you can go online
I would say that USAA has been the best out of all of the places I have worked. I truly wish I had never left there. I hope there is something that comes open that I can work there again.
