What is 5yr Plsql developer salary in market?

I am a mid level and have received an offer from a regional big law firm in a non-market paying location. I believe the firm would be a great fit and the location is where I want to be. The biggest issue is money. I’d be lateraling from full cravath in a major market and the initial offer I received is a bit off that (read: 50% salary reduction). While the market is cheaper in some respects, housing is not. How far can I expect this firm to go to in terms of compensation? Any negotiation tips?

Anyone have any idea what a senior strategy consultant at HSBC pays? I’ve had a browse through glassdoor but would be good if there’s someone that has received an offer etc to give a more accurate idea. TIA

Does EY follow a cohort model? In other words, are there set salary bands for seniors?

I have been talking to a recruiter for a little over a month about a position. I let her know out the gate that I really wasn’t looking to change jobs, but she just kept wanting to continuing the conversation. I didn’t have 2 interviews with the hiring coming and they know that I am not really looking to make a switch. They are now working on an offer letter and I know they’re going to offer me more money. I’m having my annual review this week. Any advice on how to handle a) job offer b) review?

I have three offers
1. Jio -9.5 lpa fixed + 1lpa vp + 1lpa jb
2. Evc Ventures - 11 fixed +3.5lpa vp
3. Unified Cloud -11.5fixed

No 2 and 3 is not MNC.
My LWD is Aug end.
May I know if I can negotiate with jio for counter offer ?

Is it a priority in 2022 to outsource or mitigate fiduciary liability in light of the excessive fee lawsuits hitting employers? Would a trustee committee for a 401k plan hire a third party cofiduciary to share that risk? About to turn down a job offer that would nearly double my salary after speaking to several former associates of the firm and hearing some not so great things. The word “sweatshop” was used multiple times yet I am still having a hard time wrapping my head around it. This is truly “you can’t pay me enough to be part of that” in action. I am betting that I can get the same money at a place with a better culture - hopefully I am right!
