I have attended a few off-campus interviews and at present, I have offers like:

Infosys - System Engineer role- 3.6 CTC

HCL - 4.2 CTC

Virtusa - Associate Engineer - 4.5 CTC

Wipro- Project Engineer- 3.5 CTC

Which company is good to start my career?

Just got another rejection... Is exiting to FAANG or MB really this hard? Trying to go tech.. or mbb, but not getting anywhere. I have a direct report who is smart, passionate about her job and can be really innovative. However she carries this enormous weight of responsibility, for needing to do everything, do it right, make sure it's perfect, not trusting colleagues to help. It creates dread and panic and overwhelming workload and a terrible attitude for her and I am speaking with her this week to start to shift her mindset. Any tips in navigating how to let go of this heavy idea of "responsibility"?

Basically I decided to switch because I am not happy with the project I am working on and I tried to switch project internally multiple times because my skillset is devops, but no luck.

Now I have an offer from Accenture for 11.5 LPA fixed (current CTC : 9.5 LPA), but this is my promotion year and chances are 90% with good hike but that's effective June 2023.
