What is a freelancer?

A freelancer is an individual who chooses what they do each day and on which projects they work. For years, freelancing has been a popular career option but is not often talked about. However, as of December 2017, there are close to 57 million freelancers in the United States alone. This number is expected to grow as more and more people are looking to freelance as a viable way to make a living.

Seeking direction in selecting the most cost effective and fastest route to become an MLS. I have a international STEM BSc (2014), 3 years of research lab experience, 1 year hospital lab experience and 2.5 years veterinary diagnostics experience. I live in Michigan and was told by two schools that my credits have to be less than five years old but I think they are trying to get me to pay more by staying in school for four years. Can anyone offer some guidance? Does my prior exp hold no value?

Been working at my company as a new grad for almost a year, but don’t see myself in the team that I am in (working with Salesforce) for long term. Interested in frontend dev and have been learning on my own. Manager says chase doesnt have much React opportunities. Is it possible to make a switch when I barely have experience? Are there companies that will hire by seeing that I am willing to learn and am interested in frontend even tho I don’t have much experience with it yet?

Once, when I was little, I was playing Monopoly with my cousin. I was the banker, and I liberally “quantitatively eased” myself whenever he wasn’t looking.

I got unlucky and lost the game but I threw an absolute FIT, accusing my cousin of cheating because I knew how severely I’d cheated myself. How could he have won if HE didn’t cheat?!

Donald Trump’s righteous, desperate conviction is that of a losing cheater. I only hope he gets the time out he so richly deserves.
