However we don't differentiate between MBA and Non-MBA.

KPMG Strat guy here. Depends on your background. If you’re coming in with something for a desired skill set you’ll command a higher salary. For first year non-MBA SA, I’d say ask for $130k and they’ll probably negotiate down from there towards $120-125. For experience Associate, maybe $100k, although we rarely hire experienced Associates.

Interesting; thats below PwC MC MBA SC's which is generally between 130-140k.
I thought they'd be more.

MBA hires for Strat are 145 I believe. Managementconsulted.com has figures. Def well above $125k, maybe that’s for non-Strat?

Understandable,PwC/S& are all on a fixed cohort model for base so for us it's quite easy.

Hello all. I'm a Foreign Medical Graduate who recently moved to US looking fot better life. Currently not Board Certified to work as a physician in US territory. In my offer letter it stated a signing bonus to be paid on the first available payroll after my start date. Hi,
I'm currently having an offer from BlueOptima and Cohesity and am conflicted between the two.
I have offers in the SDET profile.
Cohesity Inc is providing me MTS and @BlueOptima is providing SDET-1.

Glassdoor reviews more of less place the two companies almost equally, and the package being offered by the two is almost in the same range.
My preferences include:
Learning opportunities in the role.
Company's work environment.
Company's growth prospects, are also a consideration.

My manager basically gave me an unlimited budget to get whatever certifications I want. My career profile is similar to a Solution Architect- what should I get? Need help deciding if this offer is worth moving for. Received an offer from Booz Allen Hamilton for an Associate level Sr. Systems Engineer in Los Angeles for $135k base.
