What is EY India's stance on doing freelancing consulting in non-business hours?

I want to give consulting services to small scale clients (these are usually not served by Big4s, so technically there's no conflict of market interest)

Just wanted to confirm this with HRs or any relevant people on this bowl.

Please advice in case of any workarounds and provide your previous experience with this.

The same usual bonus for EY India folks. Doesn't at all add up to the chest thumping we do as a practice during the town halls.
On top of this remote working ki naam pe bijli ka bill 10k per mahina aa rha hain. And the tech salaries pumping inflation in the economy. The same place which was available for a 35k is quoting 50k. I wish atleast the hike is inflation beating :/

Hi All,  I have two offer on hand.

1. Deloitte USI - Analyst - 7.5 Lpa fixed + 75k variable + 3 lac joining bonus

2. EY India - Associate consultant - 8 Lpa fixed + 1.44 lpa variable + 2 lac joining bonus.

YOE: 1 year and TechStack - microservice development ( python + aws + azure)

Which one would be better to join, considering CTC, benifits and WLB?
