What is reasonable compensation for a prop research analyst at a ~3B AUM hedge fund? 2 YOE.

Received an offer from EY 21 fixed + 3.5 variable+ 1 JB.. as variable % is little higher do we really get this amount in yearly payout if so how much amount we get from variable ?
I have another offer from CTS 23 fixed + 1.5 variable

I got promoted but only got a 3% base bump. Shouldn't it be more like 7-10%?
