If I do boot camp T/Th (10 lb dumbbells, typically full body strength but occasionally emphasis on one area + hiit), what workouts should I be doing mwf? Today after HR round with Morgan Stanley they have given me the amount as 2365000 base + 141900 EmployerPF + 354750 Variable + 4.75 lakh relocation.

Now, I am totally confused which one should I proceed as the amount is also beyond expectations from Morgan.

Please help me in choosing one out of both of these.
