I’m interviewing for a marketing manager role at a company based in SF. I’m genuinely excited about the role and the company but we’ve yet to discuss salary. I expect to be asked at some point, but my research has given me a VERY broad range. So I’m here to do a bit more research. I’ve got 5 very relevant years of experience and will have an associate manager directly reporting to me. Hello, looking for a bit of advice. I have applied to about 30 positions in the last two weeks and have not gotten any interviews. I have 7 years of military supply chain experience, plus a year and a half outside of the military. I am an inventory control manager currently, and have applied to positions like demand planner, supply chain manager, supply planner, and other manager positions. Any advice on how to correct my job search?

I’m struggling with the automation tasks I’m given (primarily Excel) but don’t exactly know what programming skills I’m missing to go learn them.
