What is the expected compensation for MBB “partner -1” level (e.g. BCG principal) in the US.

I exited to FAANG from big4 and part of me is seriously thinking about getting an mba to go to mbb. Does that make any sense?

Is the HRA and house rent factor in salary are the same.

And LTA is depend on HRA amount.

My husband just received a job offer on an opportunity he is really excited about. It would be great for his career and they are giving the 15% jump in base he asked for, however they won’t share what the target bonus amount would be. It’s an executive director position, so I would assume it’s a decent target bonus, but without that in writing it could honestly be a gift basket at the end of the year. Is it a red flag for them to not share this? His total comp could be less at this new job…

Let’s talk suits. Do you have any thoughts on a junior associate wearing an expensive suit or a suit that departs from the norm (eg subtle pinstripe navy suit, or a suit with larger lapels/peaked lapels?). I took an offer for campus hire at KPMG in Tech Strategy(Canada) this summer however I haven't been able to get my salary before signing due to complications. My estimate is 62k salary.
