KPMG folks. I see the mobile expense reimbursement is $65 with an equipment. Is there a breakout between wireless service and equipment or it’s looked at in total? If I’m on a family plan and pay $20, can I get a phone that costs $45 so as to maximize the $65 reimbursement? Thoughts appreciated

Looking at refinancing my home and I’m trying to figure out how to best include additional equity in the equation since I’d go to a shorter term, but effectively keep the same payment ($50 more per month). If I roll all of the closing costs into the loan, I show myself coming out ahead immediately due to gaining nearly $500 in additional equity.

Am I missing something in how I should treat that equity? It seems too good to be true to be ahead Day 1.

I’m a shy, anxious, and introverted person but in functional roles where I usually need to talk to a lot of people. It makes me anxious - even though I’ve been doing it for over 5 years. I get so insanely jealous of outgoing people in the workplace who can just talk to people so easily.
