Hi everyone! Does anyone in here work for Omada Health ? I have an interview next Wednesday for a PT Member Support Agent role and am unclear on what the pay could be. Glassdoor has the pay estimate at 42k-48k, but I found a comment where someone in the same role mentioned only getting paid $12/hr. I have 8 years of experience as a CSR but I’ve had a couple year gap in between now and my last job. TIA Any advice helps .

I used to intern at the DHL operations department. It's one of the best companies to learn the know-how of supply and logistics. I was lucky enough to get a job offer from them as well! The operations manager position provides just the right amount of challenge while still offering lots of routes toward career growth. I'm working towards becoming one.
how are the internal levels structured? I saw job postings saying something like grade RCS H
DHL is a pretty good employer, pays pretty well and is generally respectful of its employees in my experience. I think in the operations manager role specifically you'll be in charge of a ops team that tries to maximize the productivity of the site. I'm sure each team and location does a slightly different set of tasks but you'll generally be working to improve the operations on site.
I worked for DHL in the past and they were a great company to work for. Good luck.
