Looking for some advice on a couple of offers I have.

The first offer is for an Account Executive position at a smaller company with a base of $50k and another $20k in OTE.

The second offer is for a BDR position at a larger and faster growing company with a base of $60k and another $20k in OTE. Also some stock options but they aren’t public yet.

I have 2 YOE as a BDR and think I could succeed in either position. Both have hybrid work set ups. Any thoughts or advice is appreciated! Thanks.

Hello Fishes , I am working in TCS for more than a year now . I started working as a Functional Consultant for ISU billing module . Recently , I have learned ABAP and will start working as a Technical as well . Hopefully I will become a Techno-Functional by the end of 2nd year in TCS . In Some companies they have fixed budget but sometimes its big Joke.
Ex: if YOE is 5 & CCTC is 7LPA then they have budget of Max 10LPA.
But for same YOE with 4LPA they have change it to 7LPA for same job.
If company have budget and if candidate is talented they should hire them with best market standands. Some companies don't set any salary bar for right candidate.
If person with 3YOE have 5LPA and he have the capabilities to get 15LPA them pay candidate right.

With just a quarter of profit TCS can easily set up a full fledged private bank. What's your thought on this?
