I have a phone screen interview with AWS for the position of Systems Engineer with the Linux team early next week. I’ve been a Sys Admin for the last 4 years, and I’m not very well-versed with coding. The phone screen does have whiteboard coding, any tips on what I could do to prepare for this? I’m not sure if I can let the interviewer know I’m not too strong with coding. I do want to take up the challenge, and also find out if the role would require extensive coding though. Any tips?

Hello, in my previous organisation I worked in development domain (Oracle IAM Tool and Java)and my post was software Engineer, i joined Wipro as project Engineer in April 2022 and was assigned non technical project as an analyst.

I am looking for a new job. I am working for a Google Cloud project in HCL Technologies. I am currently handling order management and deal strategy for CPQ deals, SaaS deals. Hi fishes good morning. I joined CapG on 26th may 2021 as a Associate consultant.  Till this date i got appraisal as well as promotion also.
But this is not sufficient  for a 5 year experience Data Engineer. So i resigned on 12 th june 2022. My current CTC is 9 lpa and i asked them 15lpa for retain. Everything is fine from my Capgemini manager and client manager. Only i am expecting HR Call and that will happen next week as my manager said. Any suggestion what will be next CTC ? Thanks All

Guys , who have worked / currently residing in Singapore please suggest, I have two offers 30 LPA in India and 7500 SGD / month (contractual) in a big 4 firm in Singapore. How's the condition of job market in Singapore as I have heard they offer around 20% hike while switching jobs. Idea is , if I join the big 4 company planning to switch after 1/2 years in order to save more. Please advise.

Guys a big 4 company hr called and was saying in this time also they are hiring so they told to join at X package (which is lower than my current ctc ) , so i just said in hindi “chup” and cut the call. Then hr mailed me that due to my abusive behaviour they blacklist my name from their company. I am ok with it as long as they don’t tell other companies though.

HCL Technologies Hi fishes, HCL is recovering retention bonus from employees if employee resignes. I got retention bonus in sept 21 after deducting TDS and I resigned in nov 21. Now in fnf statement they are recovering the actual amount given to me. Can i claim in ITR the TDS deducted in sept. HCL Technologies
