Hey Guys,
I got a call from Infosys HR on 16-September-2022 that I have been successfully selected for the job position of Test Analyst at Infosys, as per our conversation I have to receive an offer letter within 15 days, but I haven’t received it till now.
Now They have sent a mail that your Candidature is on hold. Is this happened with anyone else also.
Please do suggest on this guys.

Hi ,I have been interviewed and selected in S&P Global .salary almost negotiated and waiting for the offer letter to release. But seems like they are not willing to release the offer because of my 90 np . They are asking to join by 60 days but initially I told them my NP is 90. Even I am ready to take the 60 days offer but now they are not releasing offer as they want assurance. Now they are not picking calls.seems like i will loose the offer. Is there anything can be done.
Im so happy! I just paid off all my debts!

Cognizant is good if you want to learn. Don't expect too much of WLB ( even though certain projects may have a chance of being less hectic). My 2 cents - stay for a while , learn stuff and get out ... preferably not beyond 3 years ( trust me , hikes are nt that great). So choose wisely. Good luck
I am also a former employee of cts. They wont give good hikes. I will suggest not to join..
WLB is definitely an issue here. Apart from this, I have seen the tendency of passing the parcel here (people try to run away from the responsibilities) Attrition rate is above 30% and you will encounter situations like your very near colleague is serving notice period and just trying to run away from work which in turn increases pressure on other team members, thus have to compromise wlb. I have been in this situation from last 1 year, almost everyone I have known in the upper management has already left, even my immediate 3 supervisors also left. Frequently change of projects...very small duration projects...people working on multiple project at one time...definitely an issue. No motivation support from higher management. I have seen very rare employee recognition programs here (like awards).
But after working here for 1 year I feel you are just an employee and nothing else. No incentives apart from your salary.
I have worked with Accenture for 6 years then switched to Cognizant, that's why I am comparing and differentiating on many factors. That's my experience so far here.
P.S. I am also serving notice period.
I completely agree with Cognizant 1. Wlb is a big factor. And task delegation point as mentioned by Cognizant 1 is a fact.
Mostly try to avoid.. but if it is the only option or the package offered is relatively very good
Having a similar offer from Cleo, but again not sure if I should choose it
Yes it's safe they have some good projects

Yes Cognizant is good
YOE and offer CTC? See if you are junior employee and less CTC, you will get project easily, if you are in bench for more than a month, start looking for another job

I tried for 18 bro, but I think it's basically based on tech stack that how much we can go, for my techstack I found most of the companies are limiting to 15 max. I've an offer from product based company also where I asked 18, but they told max 15 is what they can offer. So I thought to join cognizant because of work location.
Well attrition is in all MNC now..cognizant is nt too bad..at EOD choice is urs.
