Can anyone share what happens in this fitment round on interview?
HRs have asked to submit documents even before this fitment round; which seems unusual. Is this normal for UBS and this is how they progress?

Big law specialist with an offer to be the CFO and GC of a 250M AUM hedge fund. All in comp would probably be ~$300k, so about $100k less than where I would be in big law (including bonus). Potential to get involved in the business side, but most likely more of a back office role (I would also be the only legal hire - main goal would be cutting outside legal cost and streamlining processes). Hello! Looking at an opportunity with established startup in UK that's just been acquired by a large co. I'm US based and my salary is around $250k (NYC) -I've been asked my expectation without the startup giving me a range to work from (though I've asked). I'm not sure how to reply to them because I have a feeling that my requirement may be out of their range and while I don't want to undercut my value, I also don't want to be cut out of the process because it's an interesting co.
