I have accepted offer & told her to explain me the breakup of CTC, she said she will call me back but i have not received any call from last 2 days & I have tired to call & also mailed her but no revert.

Hi All, Today I've resigned and my LOD is 2 Sept. Can anyone please let me know for these 90 days salary would be credited only after FnF. Or June'22 salary will be credited as usual, however, July and September salary would be credited during FnF. Please confirm or suggest.

Hi all, Currently I am 1.6yrs experienced.I had completed my interview with HCL Technologies along with HR discussion around 1st week of July.On 20th July I received an email from HR saying I need to wait for 3 more weeks to get the offer letter. My salary was 3.8 LPA at the time of interview(it became 4LPA from August) and i asked for 6.5 LPA Need advice on whether or not to expect the Offer Letter in hand once 3 weeks are over? What would an AP from McKinsey due at a firm like citadel? And may I ask what your background at McK is?

My one data point: rockstar minimum tenure MBA P1/AP1. 550-650 with some Machiavellian upside.
Doesn’t matter if you’re an AP or an associate. With no buyside experience you’ll start as an associate, maybe senior associate. Base is around 150-175, with most of the comp coming from bonus. It can be 0 or a lot more, depends purely on performance of the book. I’d assume they try to target 100% bonus.
Highly doubt going from McK TO one of the largest hedge funds would result in any pay cut at all. If the book performs, likely way more lucrative. But then again, Citadel is the revolving door of Chicago so people don’t stay long
