It depends on your team. WLB is pretty good, typically 40 hrs expectations. Culture is very mainstream, similar to other companies. They emphasize Diversity a lot here, lots of BRG. There has been a lot of change in Senior leadership and with the pandemic, I feel like TIAA is still finding its culture......

@TIAA1 thank you. qq - does “Lead Specialist” mean mgr or it is a role between the senior rank & mgr rank? Fyi - I am looking at a position that I might be interested in.

I am unsure what lead specialist means, as we don't have that position in my department. You might be right. Doesn't hurt to ask after your interview. The benefits aren't bad. The company is bonus heavy, even though salary may be lower. The people I work with are nice.

I was on bench in Accenture since 45 days so i started searching outside.

Thoughts on leaving PA primarily due to the metrics based culture (utilization, dtc, use of X digital tool, revenue, margin, etc). So i have been fortunate that i have managed to go through my career without the need for a degree. I was lucky enough to have been hired by one of the worlds top consulting firms, worked with a whole lot of big clients and travelled a lot. It's gotten to the point where I am not even asked about the lack of a degree on my resume. Personally though, it bothers me. I have a whole bunch of certifications in my industry…but just no formal degree. (cont'd)

Gay man who works in a large org that is big on diversity and inclusion efforts. I’d say about 50-60% of people (at all levels, across all age groups and races) list their gender pronouns in email signature. I list mine because I see it as a way to show support for colleagues who may not be cisgender. If anyone else works in the same type of environment, do you infer anything about colleagues who choose not to list their gender pronouns? (such as they are homo/trans phobic?)
