I have 3.3 years of experience in automation testing. In my current company work culture is very toxic and I'm looking for new opportunity from last 15 days but I'm not getting any call because of 3 months notice period.

Can you please help me out to tackle this 90 days no thing. I'm not brave enough to resign without offer

Currently 24 and living at home making 90k/yr and my plan is to save 4K a month for 2 years at which point I’ll have 96,000 and plan is to use $80000 of that as a 20% down deposit for a home. During my tenure at TCS, I hadn't linked Aadhaar with UAN because the aadhaar mandate was happening around the time of my resignation.. After resigning from TCS, I took a 3 year break from my job for personal reasons.
In the meantime, EPFO had migrated most of the processes from offline to online.
Then i joined EY where I was told that it was my responsibility to link aadhaar with UAN.
Further, I can't see any entry from EY in my PF passbook. I can see the TCS entry but can't mark my exit.

Got a job offer from Standard Chartered Bank recently. Went through 4 rounds of interview and got an email saying I’ve been selected but they said it’ll take about 2 weeks to come out with even just a verbal offer? Is this common across banks in Singapore or are they just stringing me along?

My confession is that as a young guy, I want us to go back to the office so I can meet driven, career minded, attractive women. So tired of being catfished and all the other BS on dating apps.

Edit: to clarify, I don't mean hitting on women at work. I would just like to meet quality women, and I don't go partying or to bars. It's very hard as someone in their 20s coming out of a pandemic to meet people.

I'm a 10 but super messy lol. I can't find the energy to clear the clutter especially after working 10-12 hour days. I keep things clean but very cluttered. I want to hire someone to help but kinda embarrassed.
