I really hate following up with people when they don't respond. I know that's so simple, but it can be very frustrating.

Managing people's expectations when they literally have no idea what it's like to do my job. Nothing grinds my gears more than someone acting condescending while talking out of their *ss

Working for a micromanager. I absolutely *hate* feeling like someone is constantly looking over my shoulder and questioning every little thing I do. Makes the job unbearable most days.

Doing attendance exceptions. Since there is no automated system we use to do this, I have to do it manually (daily) for each of my 83 subordinates.......

Explaining to my boss that I didn't mess something up and shouldn't need to tell him that because he is copied on all the emails including my backup. Then never admits he was wrong to accuse me in the first place. Never says sorry or anything. 2nd Group email addresses, why can't we just have a shared box and people mark their own work instead of having to read emails that have nothing to do with most of us. Worse yet, people continue the conversation with group emails on copy, then copy you individually so you get double emails.

Working with someone who constantly oversteps their boundaries and tries to help but only makes the matters worst.
