What is with PowerPoint not recognizing cameras? Trying to do a narrated PowerPoint using only PowerPointl. PowerPoint 16 on a laptop will not see the laptop camera or an external webcam. "Upgraded" to Office 365, and PowerPoint 365 is only seeing a built-in webcam on one out of three laptops. It's not seeing an external webcam on any of five computers including the three laptops.😕😠

Vendor asked for closed caption files for a vid, but before sending I wanted to confirm where the vid would be to need them (for usage rights). He proceeded to then explain how captioning works.
