What is your advice for someone who wants to be more involved in their company but is afraid of having no work-life balance?

Take it slowly, if that's feasible. Increase your involvement gradually and see how it goes. And try to set some boundaries and have them be known to managers and coworkers. And try to have activities outside of work to maintain that balance.

I'd definitely start small. Maybe you can join a committee that is low commitment or help with a short-term project. That way, you're involved but not overwhelmed. You could also just find a once a week or once a month commitment? I think the most important thing is just remembering that you don't have to say yes to everything in order to be engaged

Can you expand upon what you mean? Involved how?

Weigh the pros and cons. Like others said, take it slow if you can. You don't want to get over your head.

Take ANY opportunity to travel and/or work with other teams locally and remotely. Networking in our company is essential for promotions. Also projects. WLB? Lol.

Make boundaries and stick with them

As if I remember, one of the consultancy, used my PAN to register in ibegin but I’m unable to login since it is registered by their mail ID and my PAN.
