What is your opinion on asking candidates to present a case study as part of the interview stage? I have mixed thoughts on this- I feel like it's almost asking for free labor from the candidate, but at the same time a good way to understand if the candidate knows what they're talking about. I'm personally not a fan of this though.

I had interviewed for Cognizant and I was asked to submit my documents for offer letter release. This happened on the same day as my interview(Friday 6th May). I submitted my documents and I am trying to contact the HR who scheduled my interview, but she is not picking up my call. My question is how soon can I expect the offer letter to be released? And is there a possibility that they can reject my profile at this stage?
