What kind of work weeks do you realistically have? I know we're all mostly on 40-hour weeks but including time you stay back in the office or spend talking on group chats about work, how many hours do you think you're putting in per week? I don't work in a Big 4 or '5', but I work in a pretty cool agency.. want to know if things are different in the bigs. If you work in one of them, could you add that along with the number of hours in your comment?

Two company A&B gave more or less package X+3 Lakh.

Can we still negotiate with company A Or B to get top up from X+3 to make a clear decision to choose over one other.

Is this recommended approach?
