What level of techy vs businesses would you say your data science and analytics teams have been usually? No shame, just trying to gauge

See everything from production ML pipelines with Airflow, to folks just discovering SQL and living in Excel. My experience had been minimal version control, scrappy production R code, container environments for reproducibility level. Feel like more people are "behind" even this in their tech, but now and again see a post from someone living in the space age 😬

I heard Deloitte won't apply Green Card till 2 years after joining. I'm 3 years from H1b max out. 2 years is too late for me. Any possibility to get an earlier start during offer negotiation?

I am finishing up a project and I’m trying to document what I’ve done for my resume.
