Check out Engage New York. It’s all online and it’s all free!
We don’t have a curriculum. We follow all modules from EngageNY.
We just switched to Illustrative Mathematics. There is a completely free online curriculum. It has EVERYTHING, is engaging, and based on common core standards. Take a look at it it is amazing and did I say FREE😊
Free is the best!! Thanks for the tip!
We use Houghton Miflin Math Expressions.
We use MyMath, but our license runs out after next year. I supplement with other resources though, mainly spiral reviews. I've heard we're not going to be getting another curriculum after the license expires, so.....😳🤷🏼♀️
We have used EngageNY (Eureka) for about 5 years now and it has made a huge impact on conceptual understanding, it was tough resetting my way of thinking about math at first. I wish I’d been taught this way though!
We’ve used go math but are switching to envisions 2.0 in September
Our school’s adopted curriculum is Go Math, but my team supplemented with Engage NY.
My school currently uses a mixture of things which is also frustrating! We use Eureka mostly, but throw in Ready Math using the teacher toolbox and then a little Math in Focus!
Sounds like me! We have Ready Math workbooks but don’t even have lessons that go with it. 🙄
Currently Expressions, but adopted Bridges for next year.
Ready Math. I didn’t like it at first, but have really enjoyed seeing the growth my kids have made. Some parts aren’t as great, but a lot of it is helpful !
We are piloting Bridges and a newer one from SFUSD - the latter one is free like Engage NY and reflects the 3 task framework from the work of Jo Boaler ( Youcubed.org) our of Stanford University. http://www.sfusdmath.org/accessing-core-curriculum-unit-plans.html previously we had used Pearson Realize/envision 2.0 but it was the traditional algorithim first and we had a lot of gaps
We will be using SFUSD as well!
