I have received a offer from Cerner for Technical solutions Analyst role. It's a support role on SQL and work timing is 5pm to 2 am. I was checking the reviews on Glassdoor and ambition box and i have read alot of bad reviews on management and dirty politics. After reading all this I am concerned if i should go ahead with the offer or not. Please advise how is the work environment, does management support learning and is their dirty politics within team? Current teachers create next year’s classes. We aim to balance based on behavior,
academic level, special ed. Admin then assigns the teacher, so when we create the class, we don’t know what teacher will get each class
The previous teachers build the classes. Based on teacher/student personalities, behaviors that need to split, etc.
The counselor places students in home rooms, but we have the ability to move students around our team if necessary
Admin--The students are randomly placed into classes. Then the admin and grade level leads look at the list and separate students who need to be separated.
Previous teachers create lists and admin approves.
We turn in a list of students within the grade and separate them according to many factors. However, admin always has the final say and normally the way we split the classes doesnt stay.
Admin. makes the final list with teacher suggestions
Admin makes classlists based on how classroom teachers want to group. They get feedback from current teachers to flag any problems. The new teachers can request a change if they have a good reason but I don't usually find it necessary.
