What opinions do y’all have of Simpli.fi? I’m not a DSP expert and I’m trying to figure out why someone would go with a smaller player like them.

How are you thinking to maximize learning of new Staff 1s that will join your teams given the work from home situation? Certainly the learning will not be the same as in person but how do we minimize it?

For those of us who don’t think we’ll be shooting for PPMD, what level SM do you think is the ideal jumping off point into a different job? What types of jobs and salary increase would you expect? I’ve never really looked for jobs so not sure what the market looks like for us but don’t think I’ll be here for the long haul

So I’m planning on leaving my position before school starts, but the application and interview process has been slow. At this point I’m afraid I won’t find a job until late July. Should I let my school now and let them post my job as an anticipated position? I’d hate for them to have to find someone last minute, but I also want to keep that school as a fall back just in case. Unfortunately, it’s a terrible position and there has not been a lot of interest in it in the past.
