What round of approvals do you need to get to extend out an offer to candidate?

Do you mean approval to make and offer or are you talking about rounds of interviews?

Reqs are usually pre approved by finance so when we get to offer I only need finance to sign off on it (assuming it’s in budget) so to make the offer, it’s generally only one round of approval.

I just aced a round 4 out of 5 for a non-manager role. 5 rounds are part of the process. A prior role of mine - lateral to this role - required 4 rounds as part of the process.

I feel this bowl is very much dead. No one posts anything and not much responses to any posts. I would really appreciate if people working in this sector share their experiences and help the struggling ones.

Anyways it just comes down to individuals' mindset. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Have an offer from a dream company but I'll need to go in at a lower level. Knowing that I can bring a lot of value to the company (read- I know my worth), I negotiated with the hiring manager to have a level/comp review 6 months after employment. If I hit all my goals (ie, prove myself) within that time frame, I'll get a promotion and salary adjustment.
QUESTIONS:
Should this be in writing in the offer letter?
How detailed should it be? I assume I won't know what goals to set till I start...

So I've been applying for jobs with various brands who are owned by the same parent company. They are all separate brands but owned by the same company. All my applications are under one login with the parent company's website. Cold applied for an awesome role, had an interview with hiring manager, recruiter, and given a pretty hefty assignment that I’m really proud of nailing. They followed up with an email asking for 4-5 days that I am available for a full day of interviews. Gave them 4-5 days, started planning for how I’d get those days off work during insane times at current job, and now not a single word from them to confirm a date. Been over a week now. Sad. Pretty jaded. What can I do? Already followed up

Creative recruiters. When looking at candidates, how much does the resume matter vs. the portfolio? Do you even look at the resume? Thanks
