Hey folks, I'm getting an offer as a SC in EY UK. Presently I'm a manager with EY India (up for SM next yr Oct 2021). Comp is 55k range (haven't officially received the figure, a few more days it's expected, doing some homework before that).

I'll be moving with family. Wife may not immediately start working (,find a new job, we have a toddler daughter as well 2 YO).

I personally don't find this offer commercially attractive. Can someone offer some counter arguments?

What types of work accommodations can help people with ADHD? Do any of you guys suffer from a Candida overgrowth? How do you cope? Traveling and all the eating out is making it really bad. I never eat anything with added sugar or drink alcohol.

One of the reasons I want to transition from industry to consulting (tier 1) is that I get frustrated when I have to collaborate with mediocre people. My assumption is that Tier 1 consulting firms hire really sharp people and if I can get in, I’ll be collaborating with folks on top of their game (not expecting much from clients). I’m aware there are personal aspects I need to work on like my mindset, patience etc etc, but I just get so frustrated with blatant stupidity.

What is the tuition reimbursement benefit like at your company? I’m in Accenture Operation and there’s no such benefits. (Only strategy and CDO have it). Is it typical?
