What should be a salary for a 14 YOE scrum master in TCS Tata Consultancy

I am new here. This is my first post.
I am a b.tech + mba (tier 1). I joined my first job in 2009 and still in the same company. I am into marketing especially digital marketing.

As I have never switched my job in last 13 years I know I am paid less than industry standard.

I just want to understand what should be my salary as per industry standard as per my education, experience and profile (marketing)

Im not sure whats going wrong. I got a call from Microsoft recruiter , she told me budget is for 14lakhs , im shocked after hearing this as i already have 8.2 YOE into data analytics. I thought big branded companies offer huge hikes

1. 30 Jun - finalization of reward category
2. Mid July to mid aug - reward category, Promotion and progression communication to employees by the managers
3. End of August- VBPs communication released to employees
4. Sep to October - new salary letters released to employees
5. 1 Oct - effective date of promotion and new salaries

This is only for EY GDS India

I will join EY in Dec 22. How much hike and bonus can i expect in june on pro rata basis on progressing rating (average)?

Got other offers from Infosys, coforge with 9 lpa offer. One of the small firm( 100+ headcount working in just appian) is offering me 10 lpa
