I would say that patience has been one of the biggest things that I've had to work on. Things aren't going to work out according to plan as much as we would like them to and it's important to be able to stay cool so you can think on your feet and react accordingly. Communication is an underrated skill too

Learning how to communicate effectively and properly. Not only has that served me in my career but in my personal life as well. some people really aren't good communicators and I am glad this is a skill I was able to master over time.

Calling attention to something that could be a problem. Sometimes I’m wrong and it was no big deal, but getting to the point where I am mostly confident in what I do and can speak up about something has saved quite a few headaches. And helps make me look good when I am right.
