Ballard, Fremont, Wallingford
I'm in Ballard and an 8 min drive from golden gardens and it's so beautiful and lovely, I can also walk to literally 4 different grocery stores and tons of restaurants from my place within minutes, everything is so close. Even crown hill is great. Avoid all the "good deals" on Aurora. Personally I'm not a fan of cap hill (living there) because I just don't drink or party and that's my deal. Central district can also be great, close to lake WA. Idk I'm just in love with Ballard. Fremont is a similar vibe but it's like the cooler, weirder, younger sibling, probably more people that do mushrooms kinda vibe idk. These are opinions though, no hate.
Check on Zillow: For Rent, Koi Apartments has some availbility and there is a few others in your price range, depends on how much space you’re looking for and how updated youre looking for.
West Seattle
In the Junction, Uptown Espresso. Coffee and a croissant, Bakery Nouveau. Down the street is C&P coffee. Down on Alki, Ampersand Cafe.
Another for Ballard, my wife and I lived there 2019/20, easy walking access to a ton of restaurants and brewery and biking to the views in Golden Gardens and with a short walk she would grab the bus to work in SLU
Views are fairly easy if you're in any mid to high-rise.
Unless you intend to have roommates, you will definitely be on the upper end of your budget. Seattle rent is extremely pricey, especially compared to the sq footage you get.
I think rents have decreased a bit since I moved in, but I pay 3.3k for a 900 sq ft. And it's probably honestly 850.
