Hello everyone! I'm looking for an entry level Product Manager role at a Tech company. Currently I'm working at Cognizant as a Programmer Analyst Trainee Intern and will be graduating next month with a major in Computer Science. If there's any opening for Associate Product Manager in your org., please let me know!
I've been a team lead for multiple national level hackathons, built UX Designs, wrote PRDs, and learning more about PM.
I will be happy to share my resume. Microsoft Amazon Coinbase

40% are you serious . That’s really good number
It was when I was getting paid relatively low and new to working, so something like $55k to $95k
It's interesting, the numbers I recall were not that high, but the proportion was roughly the same. I got about a 30% bump for moving to another company, which was a game changer for me at the time. The idea of being loyal to a company over many years has been eroded by that type of thing. The only way to really get a raise is to move on.
So true and sad that you typically have to jump to make significant progress
I was around 20% when I switched companies. That was going from a smaller to a larger company.
