When I’ve worked with service designers the output seems to be another version of a process map, are there other skills and experience needed? Even without LinkedIn, I see a lot of people younger than me in much better roles. They started off with relevant jobs right out of college. I graduated in 2009 when the economy tanked and worked in retail for years before I was finally able to land in corporate. Does anybody else struggle with this as well? I’m constantly comparing myself to others who are younger than me.

Hello friends ..got a decent offer as Sr PM from ePAM systems US. Appreciate if you guys have any thoughts or feedback to share. I know everything has it’s own negatives & positives.
