What's everyones favourite hobby to decompress from work? Im wondering if technical people all reach for similar outlets. Personally, the first one is video games but the next thing is to be outside. I definitely struggle at work after being stuck inside for too long.

My next step is to get a dog, I miss having an animal around.

Watch sports, go on walks or play soccer or video games! Everything to keep myself away from work

Anything fully immersive, similar to your hobbies, is the best stress relief for me,

Anything that gets me away from screens. Sometimes I'll pick up my guitar and play for awhile, but I usually prefer to be active, especially if I can get outside. Running, cycling, weights in the gym, Whatever I feel like in the moment.

I make music:)
