Got messaged by a C3 . ai recruiter. Read that wlb is bad and that the interview process is absurdly long, but the Glassdoor reviews are 4.2 and can't find actual hours worked posted by anyone. How's the culture really? I'd be aiming for DS consulting, something more functional but with DS/ML concepts as my differentiator.

I'd encourage you to find a different firm or join tech or something. I managed to get data science interviews at a bunch of places but it was very hard to pass off my EY experience.
I am super bitter about it tbh and hate how everyone in the recruiting process misled me.
Lol. I’m in dna. Been on an engagement where we use databricks, pyspark, sql, tableau, informatica etc

DNA is a good group if you like writing requirements or managing the offshore team. Otherwise stay away
If you want to do serious data analytics, then don’t even come. If you like, giving gyaan to the clients without knowing the crux of it like your partners and ultimately know how to get the work done from offshore; then hell yeah-this is the place!
Also: would like to add that within DnA, there are still some groups which are good and are actually doing decent work. Most of them aren’t. Also, if you’re stuck in the insurance practice, then that’s hell.
Depends on project- used databricks (so pyspark primarily)
What?
It seems like I’m going to stay here for a year and jump …😂
Because you have never heard all these terms 😂😂

Shouldn't we differentiate between National DDnA and FSO DnA?? Wonder which one is even remotely better. I'd reckon National is better but FSO pays better. Though both I guess are just PMO after a certain point.
Depends on what group you're with. National does some good work on AWS and Azure at some large clients.. full stack deployments.. (Kubernetes/Terraform, Airflow, PySpark, Glue/Talend/Streamsets and Redshift/Snowflake)
