There’s always the official and the real answer.
The person at the back in a rear end accident isn’t always the one that is at fault. There are situations where the front vehicle did something to cause it (ie pull out from a stopped position directly in front of flowing traffic on a 55 mph frontage road). Idk how many people tell me since they were rear ended they must not be at fault.
