What's people's secret for working with a team member (e.g. art director if you're a copywriter, copywriter if you're an art director) whose style you just clash with? Do you try to gut it out and just focus on the work, or do you try to get management to switch it up? I usually get along well with other team members, but occasionally there's just that one where it doesn't feel like it's working.

At most companies your CTC is decided based on which tier your college is classified under. Most of the times even with a really high experience and stellar performance you won’t be able to match CTCs of freshers from Tier 1 colleges.

First day of 30mg vyvanse today. Had a rush of energy and hyperfocus (too much so) about 2-4 hours in, but had a complete crash 5hrs after taking the pill (just a wave of fatigue, felt very good after a quick 15min nap actually) and not sure if it had any effect after. Is this normal? Should I stick it out for a few days or is this a big sign that I’m not on the right meds/dose? Nervous to keep trialling this during the workday since a midday crash is not ideal.
