If I get laid off, I have a previous colleague that started a cybersecurity company. I would love to get involved on the business side of it. What are thoughts on ARM mortgages? I’m predicting interest rates will be lower than today in 3/5 years. So why not take out an ARM mortgage at a lower rate today, and refinance in 3 or 5 years when (hopefully) rates are lower?

any insight into how a pmm skillset is different from a brand strategist one? of course the pmm applies insights to and influences the product, but it seems like a lot of the core elements - research, understanding the user, generating insights, developing messaging and angles to speak to them, etc are super similar. interested in transitioning and I want to understand where my gaps are!
