What’s the likelihood of a 27 year old male getting into one of the local tennis/golf country clubs in the Austin area? I ask the likelihood bc I have no idea what it takes to get into the clubs. If it’s as easy as signing up and paying then my bad 😂 but I’m looking for ways to get tennis lessons that are a bit more technical and specified and meet other people who play so if there’s alternatives then let me know that as well!

I rented a house that had been vacant for a bit & the prior tenant didn’t do a thorough job cleaning up. Agent indicated the owner would be open to having the house cleaned but I would need to have the house professionally cleaned when I moved out (that was fine w me). I just received the bill from the owner for $250, which is super annoying bc there was no expectation communicated that I would foot the bill for this, more so bc the cleaner did a LOUSY job.
