What's the longest Morgan Stanley or other large banks have taken to respond back to you after an initial call with a company recruiter? It's been close to 45 days and haven't seen a response to my follow up email from 2 weeks ago. Lost cause? Or bother the recruiter with another email?

Is it normal to be ghosted after interviews? I’ve had three recently and not one callback.

Is it okay to share offer letters that we have with other company recruiters? Aren't offer letters strict and confidential. Can we refuse to show the same or what can we do in these situations

I'm holding an offer from MakeMyTrip and another offer from OlaElectric. Ninjacart is willing to make me an offer. But they're saying that they'd discuss the offer only after the other company that I'm interviewing with has come up with an offer first. There's been a delay from HRs of the companies in a similar way. How do I urge them to send me the offer letter without sounding pushy? I had reached out to some of the HRs myself. Would that be too awkward if I accept & back out their offer?
