For the past couple of years we got three weeks of PTO to count toward utilization target. They are taking that away. They are claiming that they are going to reduce the target to make up for the difference, but they haven't announced the new targets so there is some concern that the new targets won't reflect the full 120 hours difference.
No P1. There is still utilization. They did not say an hours quota.
They are adjusting utilization and in effect making a quota. But utilization is still a thing.
I know what they said they’re doing and I have no doubt that we as employees (not PPMD) are going to likely get the raw end of the deal unless they adjust the target for billable hours/utilization by 120 hours.
The only thing on yesterday’s call that is clear they got right is not having bereavement count against you.
Everything else and how it impacts everyone remains TBD.
