Have 3 stories or so in your arsenal, and be able to massage them to answer multiple different questions
From my experience, interviewers sharing stories is more common than not.
Write them all out beforehand when you’re prepping. I like to categorize each story so I can quickly recal which ones to use if I need a story showing overcoming adversity, leading a team, a data science project, etc
Write down bullet points in a notebook and bring it with you to refer to.
When I interviewed for Nestle in bschool they made it clear that you needed 3 unique stories for the 3 interviewers in final rounds. In the bottom corner of my notebook I had an acronym or mneumonic for each one, and I’d sneak a glance while they read the question. I’d cross them out after each interview was over so I knew which unique ones were left.
